Seller note:

Clean and in good condition boat, original gelcoat with minor hair cracks on the deck. The bottom was treated with VC Tar and painted with VC17.
Deck: Around the cockpit there are 4 bronze winches, a fiber one on top of the cabin for halyard and boom lifting, plus the original on the mast. The cockpit is covered with a dodger and bimini connected. Has a swimming ladder, man over board pole, propane Force 10 Barbecue, a table on the wheel column, cushions. At the bow is an anchor roller with a 10 kg Bruce(30ft of chain with 90ft of rope in the anchor locker) and hanging is a 15Lb Danforth (15ft of light chain with 80ft of rope in the cockpit locker) One life line around the boat.
Sails: Has a 7oz Main (2001) Genco in the Lazy Jacks with cover. Plus the original. On the Roller Furling Simplicity is a 160% Genoa with cover. Plus a working jib and Spinnaker with a pole on deck.
Cabin: Has a replaced upholstery and new foam at the V berth. New Curtains. New head and holding tank in 2006. Pressure alcohol stove in good condition. Marine refrigeration in the ice box
with extra insulation. Brass Watch and Barometer plus an Oil Lamp.
Electrics has an Automatic Battery Charger (2 banks) 15 Amp. For starter has one 12 volts Battery and two 6 volts for housing plus 30 Amps shore power.
Electronics:For depth and speed has a Raymarine Bi Data, Autohelm 4000+ on the wheel, VHF Raymarine with outside speaker and a Garmin hand held GPS. A Danforth compass on the wheel column.
Engine has electronic ignition and a new muffler (copy of the original).
